    The majority of BRDs don't care about the mobility loss. It's that the WM playing style does not suit the sheer number of oGCD abilities BRD have. Toggling off WM to move is fine, toggling off WM to weave in oGCDs is counterproductive yet is how we are forced to play right now to keep everything on CD. (So that's toggling off your damage buff to fire off damaging abilities or use other buffs, totally makes sense)
