It's never a good idea, in a game with this many functions and features, to state an exact day at first announcement. Things go wrong. If anything, they're delivering early because it's still July.

except with this they are essentially waiting til the last moment to give out these items, items in which the silver feathers have been given out to various users along with the bro-fist emote, showing these are in surculation, as well as all mounts and items are in the game already, so there is no need for a patch, there is very little reason for t to be delayed til july 30th (which by the way i may as well say august guessing on how other things will be it will most likely be 1st of august for half of the world)

if they stated in august there wouldn't be this much confusion over the golden feathers.

so why say july at all, why not say "golden feathers will be delivered at august" instead of just "after july" thats rather vague after july 4th after julys maintenance, it opens it up to questions, where as if you said "in august" there would be no question as to when.

TBH that's complete BS as people would be demanding to know "when in August." As vague as it is, "after July" pretty much covers any time from July 1st onward.

all I see is the rewards separated into two categories: based on # of friends recruited vs amount your friends subbed.
and there are gold feathers in both categories

That's not true.. It clearly says that each recruited account gets 5 gold feathers. Then AFTER a sub of 150 days you get 5 feathers again 30 days is the circlet 90 days the chocobo then 150 5 feathers 210 5 feathers and 270 5 feathers.

Yes you will get 5 gold feathers upon raffing someone thena gain 5 at 150 and so on. each recruited friend gives 5 feathers and 5 silver feathers for the recruited acc

i have 2 recruites 1 of them being from back in 2.0 so i will be getting about 25 golden feathers

each additional recruit gives you 5 more golden feathers and you also get feathers from the amount of days your recruit has subscribed
