FATES why no one bothers and what could be changed.

There is very little reason to do fates once your level 60 I get no exp the Gil drop is low and iv no use what so ever for GC seals. I mean really thev been capped for months and I only spent a few to gear low lvl drk for a bit. And they been capped like a few hours after I spent a few.

So here's a suggestion to get people to do fates.

Since you get no exp past once level 60 let us instead get either.

    Tomestones of Law or

    The new hunt seals.

It doesn't even need to be alot either 5 for tomestones or 5 for seals on a gold rating I mean come one we only get the new tomes in duty roulette once wer level 60 to replace exp in it so why not on fates too?

Not a bad idea, but on principle I have to oppose anything that takes level-capped players into fates. That's how we got atma.

theres really no reason to do them after 50, at least not in the new areas. the exp gain is so ridiculously miniscule in relation to how much exp it takes to level and how much work you have to put into the new fates that it makes zero sense to even bother. You're actually better off grinding fates in old areas and get a much better exp per hour ratio.

This is NOT how fates should be.

if you add tomestones to fates then no1 would run dungeons anymore lol all they need to do is slightly increase fate exp problem solved

Fates should give at least as much exp as doing a quest in the zone. Around 25k-35k. However most fates take a lot more effort than a normal quest so I'd suggest more like 50k and then people might stop to do them.

Fates are repeatable, so they should not give more than quests.
Also compare FATE eep to dungeon exp.

Say a Heavensward FATE need 5 minutes and a dungeon 20 minutes.
    FATE exp = Dungeon exp / 4
And remove another 25% so people don't start to ignore dungeons

If that's the only reason people are running dungeons, then there are some exceedingly glaring problems we're not even addressing.

Anyway, there would be nothing wrong with adding one or two maybe as many as 5 (no more) tomestones for completing a fate. There is nothing wrong with offering alternative paths to the same end. The trick is making each path worth the effort involved.

Dungeons are repeatable and dungeons gives 300k exp at lvl 51~54?
I think it should be "time invested" vs "reward" instead of something being repeatable.

What is the logic behind that? Eventually you will run out of quests and grinding fates for alternative class leveling would still take a ton of time. They take more time than a regular quest so why shouldn't it give more exp?

But adding tomestones to FATEs and it becomes the only reason people are running FATEs...
