    On mog station click Square Enix Account Settings >>> Add Crysta >>> Click the amount you want to add then next... a list of payment options will appear.... click Paypal

    Wow I'm blind. And yeah turns out the issue was completly on paypals end we're fixing it in another way. But thanks for the help ^^
