Heavensward on PS4 Not Activating

So I preordered Heavensward from EB Games, got my early access, everything worked fine. Picked up my physical copy on Tuesday, activated the code inside for Heavensward on the Playstation Store, and kept playing early access.
Today I log on to play, and everything has reverted back to original Realm Reborn. Mog Station says I have not activated Heavensward, but the Playstation Store says that I have. I was never prompted to pick a service account to register it to when I signed in. Anyone have any ideas on how I can get that prompt to show up? I cant play a game that I not only paid for, but I'm actually looking at it sitting on my table and it's extremely frustrating.

just got Heavensward for PS4, Downloaded it. But I am no getting the prompt to Tie it to my Service Account This is becomming frustrating and then some.

Tried contacting support via Live chat, and Phone, but Live chat said, there were no available Agents to speak with. After 2 hours in que. and I tried calling but was on the phone for nearly 2 hours on hold and got no where there as well. I have tried reinstalling the entire game on my PS4, and still no prompt.

Why won't this damn thing work?

(also i bought the game digitally on PSN. Both ARR and Heavensward.)
