More gender locked clothing

Why should players who choose to play female characters get 2x the options as those who play male characters for so many of the high profile sets designed for purpose of glamour? If you're creating a Thavnairian Bustier set only for females, could you not do an additional set designed in a way appropriate for males or is your imagination that limited?

If you are disappointed that SE continues to go down that path from a glamour gear design standpoint, please say so.

I don't disagree with it. And it's not neccessarily "2x" the options.

I think it's also that it's not as weird for a female to dress as a male as it is for a male to dress as a female. It's why the scene from Hildibrand's quests was so outstanding. It's just that simple in my mind.

Actually, you are dressing how we want you to dress... Y'know, since we have a few female only clothes? A decision i hope SE sticks to.

I personally do NOT want clothing designed for females on their male counterparts nor do I want them to start doing so and have SE think this is what most people want, because it isn't. I love the fact that SE makes more male armor "badass" and I'd want them to keep that mentality, if I wanted the more casual looking or dress up-ish armor then I'd make a character that SE designed that armor for.

I'm not interested in seeing a Roe wearing that, as I think it looks a bit ridiculous (or very ridiculous). But they should do it anyway, even if just to stop these constant threads and Nozomi's images don't look too bad. As for people asking for the Bridesmaid's Dress, I think that's going a little too far. I do not see people outside wearing things like that, ever... maybe as a joke on some videos I've seen. I understand male belly dancers, but that? No. Just my opinion.

Thats the thing, the fact that theyre currently not giving males all the female stuff says where their priorities lie (saving resources and not doing everything at once)

If lets say someone at SE says hey look the forum community(which is a small but really vocal one) is expressing that they want female outfits for the males, and SE somehow decides on it and starts allocating resources to it, it WILL affect the variety of male armor that we currently have in a negative way.

Basically it'll be like what we have now but the opposite, more girly stuff on males and less badass stuff, cause you know limited resources.

I feel like people are twisting the argument into "they want dresses for men", whereas the thread is about females getting additional glamour options arbitrarily, and requests that male characters be given the same amount of items: if a Thavnarian Bustier set can be made exclusively for females, why can there not be a Thavnarian set made exclusively for males? Why can't we have a male version?

And this post right here is one of the main reasons I'm up in arms about this. I get that SE has misled us before (Yoshi P on "personal housing is going to be far more affordable than FC housing"), but if they're going to make promises they should make good on them, not do the exact opposite and make more female-exclusive equipment. To me, this is majorly letting SE know that it's NOT OK to mislead their customers with false promises.
