I wouldn't say those are true male counterparts because they are not male only, girls can wear those too.Thavnarian set has a male set.. its called Balareo instead, unless you just want male to wear the female set that looks very girly. (is that your thing?)
And let's be realistic here, do you really think males should be running around in a bunny set, a spring dress (the expasion actually gave a ton of long dresses and kilts anyway, so this one is moot)
and bridesmaid set, same thing, male counterpart, you won't see many weddings where males are wearing bridesmaid outfits. These are not very valid items to give as examples as most people can cleary see why they are female only, unless you just want to see a full cross dressing option.

It's hard to explain why those do make sense on females, Females irl have been known to socially wear tuxedos and male orinitend clothing and not look odd. but there isn't much you can do about it.
This seems to just be a case of deal with it.
While it makes sense, I do think in the interests of fairness if SE gives females an exclusive outfit they should also add an outfit that only males can wear.
