DX11 Crashing due to Nvidia driver 353.30

So this is what I found following the comments on this thread:

I was using driver 350.12 every game was running great FFXIV also on DX11 never crash but I wanted to verified what people was saying about FFXIV 64bit so I decided to uninstall all NVidia drivers wait for windows to install default driver then install 353.30 then suddenly most of the games the use DX11 start causing the driver to crash no the game, the game crashes because the driver crashes first, I already summit this to NVidia

    This is what i'm running.

    GPU: GeForce GTX 980
    GeForce GTX 980
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4820K CPU @ 3.70Ghz
    Memory: 16.00 GB RAM
    Current resolution: 1920 x 1080, 60Hz
    Driver version: 350.12
Operating system: Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro with Media Center

I'm running 353.30 (June 22 2015) on a Geforce 760 GTX and it's not currently crashing. Only futzing with the MSVCRT files induced the crashing.
