    take the buff and divide it by the original and you get the increase in potency. its also very ez to test yourself since there is NO rdm number generating how much you progress given a specific action ex: (with your set stats in craft & control craft a dye, you'll get the exact same progression if you do the exact way each time. use that base line to test what multiple stacks of whistle can benefit. also dyes are veryyy cheap).
    120% +50% = 170% (your 168% is likely the effect of a rounding error)
    150% +50% = 200%
    250% +50% = 300%

    Yes, sorry that wasn't clear. Buffs tend to be additive rather than multiplicative, so this seems the likely result of your findings. Thanks for the data!
