Ysayle has the Echo just as you do, and in prior patches, Levithan's specifically, we learn that the Echo grants you a kind of immortality not unlike the Ascians. Further, we learn from Y'shtola that you can wander the aether and live. Now, Y'shtola is doomed to die for her journey as she's just a miqo'te but someone possessing the Echo, like the Ascians, can freely traverse the aether and eventually come back to life. Whether or not Ysayle will is up in the air, but if we can do it then so can she.
