    No it doesn't. Assize does not have a heal potency number associated with it ("restores HP") - such as Lustrate does have now.

    An ability/spell with a cure potency is different than a spell/ability that "restores HP".
    Generally, only spells/abilities with Cure Potency are affected by healing buffs and debuffs.
