Funny how there are different people with different play styles, if you ever group up with her in DF and the rest of your group feels the way you do, there is a kick option. No-one here is asking you to play with her. Also not really "bringing the group down" as you put it. Group content isn't designed with healer dps factored in, any dps you get from your healer is a boon, but not having it simply keeps things at the baseline.
Demanding others acquisition to your play-style choice in order to benefit your time isn't exactly altruistic either. If the rest of your group doesn't have an issue with it you'll just have to deal or leave. If they feel the same, by all means kick the player in question.

Blablablah it doesn't matter if it's designed for it or not. It is unquestionably a sign of maximizing your potential to dps if you have time to do so. So tired of having this conversation with lazy healers over and over.Funny how there are different people with different play styles, if you ever group up with her in DF and the rest of your group feels the way you do, there is a kick option. If you want to be suboptimal thats fine, but lets stop pretending you can pull the "that's not my job" (When have you ever heard this from a productive person in real life - oh wait that's right, never.) card and acting like you're the best.

It isn't a healers responsibility within the group to maximize their dps. If you want your healer to dps then group with a healer that chooses that playstyle. It isn't that hard to do.Blablablah it doesn't matter if it's designed for it or not. It is unquestionably a sign of maximizing your potential to dps if you have time to do so. You guys are ridiculous, I swear.
"It isn't my responsibility", "it isn't my job", "content isn't designed around me DPSing", "DEVs didn't intend me to play in such way".
lol.
Watch, it's this simple. You have a job with 50 spells. You are only using 30. You are not optimal. Go apply for blue garter or lucrezia and put in your CV that as a healer, you don't like DPSing but that you are still optimal.
Your problem is that you take the words "you are not being optimal" as a personal insult to your "playstyle" rather than objective feedback. Optimal doesn't always match with what you like guys (*I don't like DPSing so I only heal but I'm still optimal* -nope it doesn't work that way-).
But at this point, I feel that you just want to hear what you want to hear:

Then it sounds like you're just as lazy in real life as you are in game. I'm sure you pretend to be the most effective person there too.
Amen. You guys are ridiculous, I swear.
