FFXIV + PS VITA + Remote Play!

Anyone else want this? Yes, I'm lazy but this would be like a perfect Xmas present. The only issue which could be easily changed since there is only two shoulder buttons is "tap" target to engage to go into active mode. Passive you just either do a swipe of the back touch pad or tap your character.

What's even cooler is it has voice-chat built in so it would be nice if you could talk to ps3 people playing the game. That's to say the ps3 version gets voice-chat which I doubt even though it would be a nice surprise.

Tanaka said they never going to add voice chat for FFXIV but who knows what yoshi-p would say. But look at wow it have ingame voice chat and people still use other vent,mumble,ts3

Well considering that it's possible to remote play the game on a PSP I'd say the PS Vita is more than capable.

What are the specs on the PS VITA?, because the psp in that video is really struggling. Also good luck reading the chat window without getting eye strain. But it's not a bad idea.

No Vita can not handle XIV. It would be the same way in the vid would have to much lag

I did not make the programs and you can find it here "http://pspremoteplay.tk/" you have to pay 10$ for it by the look of it lol.


@Firon it like 1sec lag every 30sec or so that not that bad you still can craft while at work or do some DOL stuff with this setup.

@Eugenics if you working and your pretty much taking a break for 30-1hour you could easy jump on craft, or even do DOL leves without issue no need to even read or talk to people for that matter. It pretty good for people who just want to jump on to craft but are somewhere else away from PC.

or get a good laptop lol
