@Firon it like 1sec lag every 30sec or so that not that bad you still can craft while at work or do some DOL stuff with this setup.

@Eugenics if you working and your pretty much taking a break for 30-1hour you could easy jump on craft, or even do DOL leves without issue no need to even read or talk to people for that matter. It pretty good for people who just want to jump on to craft but are somewhere else away from PC.

or get a good laptop lol

With the PSP remote-play you can't play games on the PS3

I played FFXIV on my iPad2 when i first got one. Signed up for GoToMyPc but let the free trail run out. o_O

That video demonstrated streaming. It still relied on the remote system to process the game data. It's essentially what the WiiU is planning to do.

On a related matter, I understand that Tanaka (yes, Tanaka) is currently looking in to porting FFXI to the Vita. So anything is possible.

PS - yes, I would love a WiiU version of XIV.

Maybe for the new psp when the ps3 come out we would have this it be awesome to have this so i can just be doing craft while away from my ps3.

playing through remote wouldn't be laggy as hell on the mobile device? (although not laggy on the PC's end)
I remember I used to remote in from work to my home to check out the AH in FFXI but barely can move my char since the refresh time sucked... but that was so long ago lol.
