Matoya the witch and Y'shtola's teacher mentions it. Phrases it as "when did the light leave your eyes" which is ye olde speak for blindness.
It may be of cultural thing. But I dont see that was like a "you are blind", I undertood just that " your eyes change "
Also how she can see anyway, there were no sings of blindess at all?

Japanese line: "Your eyes can't see." EngLoc likes obfuscating details behinde fancy wordes, which is part of why I like playing with the JP voiceover on.
It's not really an issue, it's easily understandable, but there were people having trouble understanding "laid with a dragon" too so you never know...
Shakespearian way of speaking with some chars, this must be really annoying, I know that some players I play with have troubles because they don't have their languages supported by the game so they play in english and everytime middy is talking they are like " What the fuck is he saying ?"
