MCH dps is a problem.


BUT THE BIGGER PROBLEM IS THEIR DISMANTLE AND REND MIND ONLY ARE A 5% REDUCTION FOR 10 SECONDS ON A 90 SECOND COOLDOWN TIMER. Oh and they share cooldown timers.


THAT IS THE BIGGEST ISSUE. The major appeal of a debuffer DPS support is not there for machinist. THAT is my biggest issue.


For such a pivitol part of the class I would have expected it to be at LEAST 10%, should be 15%. 5% is horrifically undertuned.
