Dragons for this game or dragons in general?
I guessed the trapped dragon would be Tiamat as soon as I saw it. Its vague connection to Bahamut is tradition in FF.
So the remaining two dragons are probably Shinryu and ????
Any guesses for the last one? Omega perhaps, or trapped inside it?
Omega was confirmed to be a weapon like Ultima, so very unlikely that it's connected to the 7 children in that regard.

Whilst Midgardsormr does claim the seven of the First Brood to be his children it's actually possible he is not their biological father. Tiamat says, "In a time before time, my father did come to this star, bearing seven eggs." and to me that leaves open the very distinct possibility that they were not his eggs. Up until now we'd also assumed that Hydaelyn created Midgardsormr but we now know this not to be true... This has actually left us with some new questions regarding the origins of the dragons. Just where did Midgardsormr come from?

Bio weapons weapons are a big part of the Allagan.
I'm not saying Omega has something to do with the 7, but it's not a stretch it's some kind of dragon-machine hybrid (or at least dragon powered) and that was controlled by the Allagans.
As in, it might be a weapon like Ultima, but there could be a dragon trapped inside being controlled or having its power constantly drained.
They weaponize creatures as a matter of practice (Twintania and too many others to count), so it's kind of their thing.
But yea, complete speculation at that point. I guess the only reason to think so is because Omega usually looks like some kind of mecha Chimera.

Yea, it'll be interesting to get more details. But hey we might be going to the moon soon and we've already seen Hydaelin from Space as of the new storyline.
On the first point, that's certainly possible. I think him saying he's their father and that Tiamat said "Midgardsormr's First Brood" is enough to consider him the biological father for now.
It leaves enough room to call that into question, but not enough to assume otherwise right now.

And people like to make fun of furries? lol
Anyway, I kinda didn't get that vibe in this game, but maybe it's just me.

The only time we get a sense of dragons mating with non-dragons outside of the Holy See's story about Shiva is the Fate in Morn that has a boss Syricta that is stated to be half-man half-dragon. It may simply be a cross breed of a heretic-turned-Aevis and a dragon, since those Syricta aren't welcome in Morn. That's the way I interpreted them anyway.

Perhaps he came from the constellation of the World Tree, the Bole. Might also explain why the Burning Heart had the circle of life printed on its standard round battle platform.
