Any inquiries I've ever sent them have either been ignored or replied simply saying "go screw yourself".I'm mad because I HAVE my CE. It's sitting right here. But part of it turned out to be damaged when I opened it (the artbook), and I have yet to hear back from SE on whether they'll replace just the artbook or if they want me to send the entire CE back, so I'm afraid to open the game to get the code until then. I e-mailed them on the 23rd when it first arrived. No response yet.
It's completely unfair that I'm going to end up locked out of a game that I've already paid for all because SE shipped me a damaged product and is taking their sweet time to answer my question about what I need to do about it.
Yeah, I sent an e-mail via the customer support page for the store. I'm assuming that the lengthy reply time is because they're swamped, but still, you would think they would have anticipated that.
