    Shutdown problems can be caused by start up programmes. Disable all your start up programmes then reboot, run Heavensward and log out, if the problem is solved start adding your start up programmes again one by one until the problem rises again, then you will know which programme is preventing Heavensward from shutting down correctly.

    Sorry but this isn't likely since I and others in this thread have all be having the issue since using the DX11 client last Friday. It's most likely yet "another" issue with the client that many of us have had (crash to desktops etc.).
