Exact same issue here, package is in Miami, and I'm also from the Maritimes.

I suspect the issue that happened here is that they didn't declare the proper value of the item on the Customs Declaration Form. I actually noticed that they did the same thing when they sent out the Delivery Moogle Plushies, but that time Customs let it through. In this case, it's a $140 USD item, but I'm guessing they wrote something like $40 or something on the box (probably the value of the RE). Canadian customs does not take kindly to this sort of "lying", and so is likely to either a) hold it for a long time, or b) send it back due to having insufficient value declared. This is basically ignorance on behalf of the company handling the logisitics on Square-Enix's behalf (Cinram, I'm guessing), as anyone who ships to Canada regularly knows about this particular requirement.

Yeesh, that's really weird, don't leave the Maritimes hanging (was originally from there, now on the other side of Canada). On the note of codes and physical copies, I also have no such email containing a code for the actual expansion. I hope you guys get your copies soon. D:
I know that if I get a USPS tracking number, it will stop tracking properly when it reaches the border and you have to go through Canada Post. You can try with the same tracking number, I just can't remember if it works on Canada Post's site.
I also can't really tell if you are using USPS or Canada Post to track or not. :x

Yup, it will work on Canada Post's site for tracking once it enters Canada, and at that point it will basically say that it's stuck in customs.
(And yeah, if you ordered the Physical CE, you don't get the actual Expansion Code by email.)
I'm in Canada and having the same issue here. By USPS tracking, it went from origin to Montreal to Miami, but on my local delivery company (Post Canada), went from origin to miami and now its stuck in Montreal until further notice. Really bad planning from SE part to not take account how the customs works in Canada.
Now I'm only hoping they will give some feedback and extend the deadline of the Early Access or provide a temporary product key to compensate. It's a shame they screwed up on that part, they had an above average expansion release up to now.
Same issue here aswell, I also live in Canada, Edmonton. Have not received my package yet, and no code. This sucks :/
I really hope you all get everything sorted out in time!![]()
SE hopefully see this and are able to extend the EA, or provide an extension code for those who can prove 'it's in the mail'.
If not though, remember to log out in the 2.0 areas and not the 3.0 areas. At least that way you can still play until your codes arrive. (If you decide to log in at all..)

Hello fellow Montrealer, lets get a drink and share the pain togetherThis is my order info:
There are no code but the code is in the PHYSICAL CE box which is still haven't arrive this week. It's Thurday and Friday tomorrow is going to be the LAST chance for my mail carrier to ship it.
The package was shipped on June 15th and it is almost more than 10 days.
Right at the moment I am still able to play Heavensward with the Early Access code. What happened when that access code expires on June 27th? + No CE Box arrival.
Am I going to locked out for days until it finally arrive the box?
Any Early Access code extension?
??? :c

Salut / Hello!
Count me in with the others who's package went from Montreal to Miami in one night all of a sudden...
did they do a massive error in delivery or is it some fluke elsewhere?
We should all go to a "trois brasseur" down town with our dragon statues once they arrive at least... or maybe paper ones we drew if they never arrive lol...
Thanks for the support, haha.I really hope you all get everything sorted out in time!![]()
