    I have the exact same problem. I also live in Canada. I've spoke with USPS who seemed equally confused and they said they would need Square-Enix's mailing adress to start an inquiry. I've talked with Square-Enix's customer support and they told me that the only way to deal with shipments of physical products is to go through the Manage Order button on your order in your Square-Enix Online Store account. So no way to speak directly to them. I've sent a request but who knows how long that can take.

    See below for the picture of how my package moved around. I'm pretty positive there is no way that we will receive it in time for the 27th of June. Is there anything that can be done about this as this seems to be affecting a lot of preorders going to Canada and most of us won't be able to play because of an issue out of our control. Maybe an extension or a replacement code?
