Couldn't disagree with this portion of your statement more especially when it comes to dps and weapons at the extent described.
If I hire a bug control specialist to come take care of a problem for me and they only show up with a fly swatter, they are getting replaced in a hurry.
If they show up with off the shelf pesticides I could have easily applied myself, I wouldn't necessarily be happy but i would be tolerant if they got the job done.
