    From some quick napkin math I came up with (this will only net you 1 item):
    Dont use toil
    Utmost - Impulsive x4
    Single Mind - Method x 1
    Collect x 1

    On average this should net you the most rarity.

    Another rotation (nets you 2 items, but will be 20% less quality than above, on average):
    Deep Breath
    Utmost Caution
    Discerning Eye
    Instinctual x 3
    Collect x 2

    The only thing I dont know for sure is if Utmost and Deep Breath work against each other. Still leaves you with 5 more wear, can probably be improved once we have 700gp
