The number now differs at level 60. There are threads about stat equivelancies, but the 390 was correct for level 50--the new number is closer to 460 or so supposedly for level 60. Defense, Det, Crit, Skill Speed, etc all give benefits based off the amount and your level.

Also recovering tp is easy as a paladin now--pause ever once and a while to cast a heal on a party member in need--you will naturally recover tp in the time period and be incredibly useful to the group--you regain mana as part of both your new MT and OT rotations, so you can do this really often.
