So, after I get my new Batman console, re-install everything ( due to an issue with my hdd ), I had an issue with the game not registering. I go to the forums and sadly I had to re-install it all. Finally after hours of downloading it all again, it registers and I'm now sitting and waiting for it to finish downloading. Sad to say this has been an entire day playing the waiting game on the UPS driver, then re-registering, and downloading all night. So happy to be able to start playing agian =P

For those of you who were affected by this issue, please read over the recent news that was posted and fill out the form to receive a free phial of Fantasia.

We’d like to offer our sincerest apologies for the issue with PlayStation®4 disc copies of FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward, which caused some players to be unable to access Heavensward content under certain conditions.

As an apology, we would like to offer compensation of one "phial of Fantasia" to players who were affected by this issue.
In order to receive the item, we ask that affected players please fill out the form below. After confirmation of the submitted information the item will be delivered to you by Mog letter.

Players who meet all three requirements below and were unable to access Heavensward content up through Jun. 23, 2015 1:15 p.m. (PDT)

1. Did not participate in the Early Access period of Heavensward
2. Possess a PlayStation®4 entitlement to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn
3. Registered the product code for their PlayStation®4 disc copy of FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward or PlayStation®4 disc copy of FINAL FANTASY XIV Online between Jun. 22, 2015 8:00 a.m. and Jun. 23, 2015 1:15 p.m. (PDT), and were unable to access Heavensward content

Update: the patch worked and I'm now enjoying Heavensward, which has easily become one of the best RPGs I've ever played in a very short amount of time. O_O

Any of you still experiencing problems starting HW? Cause I still do. Tried to download the new patch, but it doesn't appear as an "add on". Decided last night to completely remove FF14 and to reinstall it. Installing just finished, but same problem remains Don't know what to do now...

Yes, I'm having the same problem. Just reinstalled the game on my PS4 but having the same problem! A few extra subscription days with be welcome. Still can't play HW...

still can't login says install heavensward which I have also says under my account details I have it can't even make Au Ra character please help

Cannot access Ishgard anymore. mog store says I'm still on early access license but doesn't even give me the option to enter an Expansion code...great fix.


edit: I'm a fool. resolved my self fabricated problem.
