They still have no control after they ship it. If they send it labelled with 2 day delivery and it does not get there in the time that was paid and processed for, then the issue is with the carrier because they accepted the responsibility of delivering it to the customer in 2 business days. Also, if they didn't specifically pay for Saturday delivery then the weekend will not be included in the 2 day time.
