I am embarrassed to admit it, but that was the exact issue I was having. I dunno why I didn't think to check my mogmail to see if it was full. I deleted some of the letters, and sent out a thing to get all my stuff immediately and everything was there, no problem.Is your Moogle delivery perhaps full of campaign item letters? It can only hold 20 (even archived).
"*If you have reached the maximum number of campaign item letters (20), you will need to delete previously stored/read campaign item letters to clear space so that the new letter can be delivered."


I have opened a ticket too. I am 100% sure that mine is the digital CE. E-mails say so, mog station says so. The mog mail that came only gave me the Baron's Circlet/Earring and that chocobo minion. The Griffin mount didn't came.

No, it was (cecil's) Baron head gear and earrings along with a black chocobo minion if I recall right.
Also everyone who is having this issue should make sure that their opened messages IG isn't blocking out their IG mail. If you have too many opened then you won't be able to receive any mails which means you'll have to delete the opened messages then press the Reward delivery request icon at the Delivery Moogle IG.
It's a small icon at the upper top which has an arrow pointing down on a letter, however this may not be the problem with everyone but I hope it solves least the problem that some are having.

Going through the exact same thing. How come Square Enix Boutique (french store) is the only one that hasn't sent out these codes yet? According to the info we have, unless we receive these by Saturday, those that don't register the actual expansion code will no longer be illegible to play.I bought my Heavensward Collector's Edition from EU SE store and didn't receive anything else than the Early Access code :/
They sent me the EA code 3 times . May 31 when I ordered the game, June 11 and 18. But no actual Heavensward code. And I don't see any top right button anywhere in any email...
Edit: When I go on the store and look at my order, it says "you will receive an email when this game will be available" or something like that (translated from french version). In other words, from the store point of view, the game is not out yet >.>
Edit: Didn't see a dev post on the french forums before, apparently they are working on it.
