Didn't recieve my items

Did you guys put the actual Heavensward product code into the mog station? It's NOT the early access code.

This is what it is, even tho we can access all HW areas it doesn't mean we we registered the code on the mogsite, so I went back put the code in logged out and pop I got my mail.

There is a little button in the top right corner of the mail window that says something like "receive special items." I had to press this after I cleared some messages and then I got my griffin and other CE items

I bought my Heavensward Collector's Edition from EU SE store and didn't receive anything else than the Early Access code :/
They sent me the EA code 3 times . May 31 when I ordered the game, June 11 and 18. But no actual Heavensward code. And I don't see any top right button anywhere in any email...

Edit: When I go on the store and look at my order, it says "you will receive an email when this game will be available" or something like that (translated from french version). In other words, from the store point of view, the game is not out yet >.>

Well, this button won't be of any use to me until I register my Heavensward code, which won't happen before the store send me an email, which won't happen before the store realise the game is out...

What about PS4 version? My code was not accepted by the PSN and now it says it has been used / invalid. Still no items

I preorder the expac. Got my early access entered and this morning I got my email with the collector's edition code. The code doesn't work lol. Just says code is invalid everytime I try to enter it. Good times. Waiting for live support, but says im in queue 2+ hours lol.

Make sure you've done this if you bought it from the PSN Store:

Visit the “Settings” menu of the PS4, then select “PlayStation™Network/Account Management,” then “Account Information.” Scroll down and select “Services List,” and find “FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.” Selecting it will show Heavensward early access. This will also grant you the in-game bonus items at release.

For all those asking whether we put in a code or not, the PSN digital version does not require codes. And like the OP, I have the digital version. The mogstation also shows the CE edition of Heavensward as registered.

Is your Moogle delivery perhaps full of campaign item letters? It can only hold 20 (even archived).

No, this is not the issue. I got the preorder items, but the CE items have not even been delivered.
