    Everyone I know has been able to enter their code, too. AFAIK the pre-order code lasts us 'til the 27th.

    By the by, do you know for a fact that you've been charged for Heavensward? Like I said above, my bank statement shows no payment made, so I have no idea what's going on.

    don't know about SE store but amazon had the code right in the order history.

    had the full add on code before the pre-order code.

    Bumping this a bit, yes my bank statement too shows no payment even though I got the early access code. It's really weird. Did you manage to do anything about it yet Orangekun?
