    I also got a respons from my retailer with the code to fully upgrade my account now.

    You could always use the support ticket thingie, and get in contact with SE if you don't wanna wait Y'shtora, maybe they could shed some light over your issue a bit earlier at least.

    Because of this issue, i probably won't pre-order anymore in the future. ill just buy the expansion when it launches officially
