Accessing HW content on ps4

I am haveing issues accseing HW content i put in the code into the psn redeem code comefermed it then i put in the disc and downloaded that then i loged in and conferimd everything even cheaked the mog store to see if it was on my account and it is but when i try to use it it wont let me sayis needs to be downloaded and registerd what can i do to get acces this content

You're not alone! There seems to be quite a few of us who purchased the bundle, but have existing ARR accounts and it will not register the Heavensward expansion despite showing in the mob station.

I logged in to my character and I noticed I am able to earn experience on him now, rather than being capped at the 0/86400 before I installed and registered the heavenward bundle... But every other heavenward feature is still disabled.
