mine is the opposite issue. I insalled everything, followed instructions, I can log into the game, but in the mog station, I'm only listed as having heavensward for the PC.
I can say that redownloading everything didn't work for me. And when I say redownloading, I mean everything.Makes me sadface that I can't access the new content.
Is heavensward's start screen (where it says start, data center etc...) different than realm reborn's? Because if it is different, it seems that i could only download arr content. Dunno why cause I own the bundle pack...

I'm a wee bit furious as well, having pre-ordered the game and FINALLY having the time to sit down and play it, only all of the new quests and features are blocked out because it says I haven't installed the game.
For the record, I bought the regular disc version, it all installed correctly, my Mog Station website tells me it's properly installed, but when I enter the game, the quests are red and blocked because apparently the expansion hasn't been installed. MADDENING!!
Oh, and the idea of going to "Related Items" on the PS4 menu screen is useless as well, since there is nothing about add-ons there.
PLEASE fix this quickly! It's like Square-Enix is doing everything in its power to PREVENT me from enjoying its game! >:-(

I downloaded that 10mb install from the disc and entered my code on PSN before maintenance last night, but was not given any download from PSN. I tried deleting and reinstalling the small disc download (which I guess was just a boot), but it won't let me reinstall. It just says that the content from the disc is already there. Later, I was given a similar download when booting the game up. But the Mogstation shows that I do own the game, and I was asked to agree to another ToS this morning.
Went to Alphinaud, and the quest still read that I needed to download and install Heavensward. I then went to the PSN Store and tried reentering my code, but I just get a constant error message.
All of this is on PS4.
does anyone who purchased the bundle pack ARR and HW in their playstation store library? Cause I only have ARR...

Would be good if we could be told if they have any idea if they know of when we'll be able to play HW content, being stuck with ARR stuff is getting kinda boring right now, especially when dungeons don't give exp anymore, crafting is pretty much impossible and gathering just takes too much effort to try level.

Having the same problem, i got today HW and i put the code on psn and install it but the download did not start and when i logged in the quest was locked . on the mog station hw is linked to my account but i cant play the new content just leveling
Hope they can fix it,im very disappointed![]()
