Boring? It's a gun of course you should be standing there pew pewing things. The sound effects are very satisfying. I don't feel the need to be Neo. Reassemble for instance feels awesome right before you blast someone for (sub)par damage. And all it is, is a big pew.
Maybe if Clean Shot's round exploded on impact or something I could accept the 360 noscope, but as it is right now I cringe just a little every time I fire it. I just don't see a reason for it, even in a fantasy-logic perspective.
