    The 240 potency is when Souleater is used on its own with Dark Arts, it has nothing to do with Darkside or in a combo.
    Basically, Dark Arts adds 140 potency to Souleater.

    Wow. Big oops there, thanks for the catch. I misread the tooltip and mistook Darkside for Dark Arts. That 240 potency is a non-combo Dark Arts Soul Eater. That eliminates the described rotation you quoted. Good catch!
