Ilvl90 Gear?

Can anyone confirm this yet? All I see in patch notes is

... which doesnt really say it does. I hope it at least gives tokens to help buy the gear so I wont have to grind as much just to get into HW.

I started playing again on Friday after over half a year and was half-way through 2.4. I can confirm that the story missions reward i110 gear. I didn't receive a full set, but I'm guessing earlier quests that I had already completed handed out the other pieces.
