Ilvl90 Gear?

i am led to believe that the post 2.0 main story now rewards you ilvl 110 gear.

Can anyone confirm this yet? All I see in patch notes is

[2.0] Certain item and gil rewards for main scenario and job quests have been adjusted to accommodate returning players.

... which doesnt really say it does. I hope it at least gives tokens to help buy the gear so I wont have to grind as much just to get into HW.
