so why not MOVE one of them to a different data center? Why keep letting your paying customers deal with this issue and simply ignoring it on your companies behalf? It is reprehensible to allow a situation like this to continue without coming up with a fix regardless of it being a population problem.
This early access is a freakin joke if a majority of your players can't even log in to enjoy it. If this truly is caused by congestion, you totally screwed us on launch day.
It never works for me (im on PS4).
I have to keep spamming it until i get in by some fortune.
Im not even on a high pop server. At most i've had to wait for 9 people to log in. Thanks Balamung/Gilgamesh.
This is EXTREMELY TYPICAL of SE going back as far as the FFXI launch. Their servers used to be so bad you couldn't even connect to update the client and when you did magically start the download it took hours upon hours. They'll invest the absolute minimum to maintain subscribers. This data center congestion is a real problem though. People are paying for a service and are unable to use it. They need some good old fashioned Reddit shaming. Maybe a catchy hashtag.

I'm tired of constantly re-launching when I get booted from trying to connect to Aether.
Probably best to just take a break from the game for a couple weeks and wait for this to die down.
Translation: "I got mine; sucks to be you"
At the very least they need to extend the wait times for raid activation by at least another week. I can't even log in reliably, so the possibility I can be 60 by then is pretty slim.
Oh goodness. I logged out to take a shower and now the 2002s are happening all over again. I dread when the game becomes even more congested on Tuesday.
I wouldn't mind if I didn't have to keep entering in my passwords over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.
It continues! Stuck with 2002's again
Aether is overpopulated. They need to implement free server transfers to start shedding the load onto the Primal data center. There is no point to them provisioning if they cannot equalize the load across the systems being provisioned.
