Why did they change all the voice actors?

I didn't pay enough attention to Urianger to tell if he changed.

I've only reached level 52, i wonder who else is different

With some of them i can't tell if the VA changed, or the english localization team gave them a new angle to act from.

They have Yorkshire accents now. Being from Yorkshire in real life and being highlander in game I heartily approve of this!

Ysayle is different, her old VA had a light lisp that this one lacks.

Also, from what I gather, the new VAs are from the same group that did the voice overs for Xenoblade Chronicles, Dark Souls 2, and Bloodborne (I'm almost certain that Midgardsormr is Gehrman from Bloodborne, which is pretty awesome). Probably the biggest giveaway to me was Aymeric's voice being Alvis', and Tataru's being Fiora's from Xenoblade Chronicles.

You are right about The Simpsons, but there is a slight difference, even though it is animated, its considered a sitcom, some cartoons are, and, ironically, are regulated differently. And also movies are different as well, the likes of Amy Poehler, Mindy Kaling, and Lewis Black would be paid more, because of their love action actor status, but VAs who are mostly behijd the camera, usually, dont get paid as much, no matter how popular or good they may be. And while I'm not sure if you meant it or not, you only took part of my statement, leaving of the part where I said, at the end, that I wasn't entirely sure. I am only basing this on what I've heard/seen from people in the industry, with what little they can actually say about it.

I would say you are half right. I wouldn't say its for a lack of experience, experience-wise I would say all if not most countries are on par with one another. I'd say the big issue is the industry as a whole. Voice Acting isn't viewed as highly as other forms of entertainment. Cartoons in general aren't viewed that highly. And that is the problem, in my opinion. In Japan, and many other countries cartoons aren't just viewed as something for children, and voice acting is regulated more thoroughly. With regular movies and TV shows royalties are given to all parties involved including the actors. But, with American cartoons the actors don't get anything, because, the industry as a whole, thinks they didn't do much, just lend a voice. Whereas, in Japan, the voice actor is treated in higher regard, just like our Hollywood actors. These are my thoughts on the subject, based on what I've heard. But I could be wrong, hopefully, but I doubt it.

So far, I like the new voices. It's nice to hear English VAs that sound like they practiced, and weren't rushed into the sound room at the last minute.

I like Midgardsormr's new voice a lot more now. To me, it doesn't sound like he has throat cancer or something now. I know he was supposed to sound old, but his old voice was just... too much, imho.

I prefered Alphinaud's previous voice but the others are good. His new voice is too Harry-Potter-y

It sounds better because the grass is always greener on the other side, English sounds cool to JP players because it's different, JP are really fond of english, that's why they put english names everywhere.

The real reason is because all of the Japanese voice actors feel like the same extremely generic voices you'd hear in any other japanese game. The English voices of ARR were much more unique in both delivery, accent, and pitch. Just as an example for those too lazy to simply change the voices and hear it in their inn room, here's a sample:
