Digital pre order on PSN for PS4 and does not work

I digitaly pre ordered the game on PS$ thru PSN store and downloaded everything but I do not have early access. My ps4 says I do but mog station does not give me the circle on HW just ARR. please help

I was having this same issue. Myself and several others have fixed this issue by deleting FFXIV and then reinstall it all at once. Works like a charm, albeit time consuming.

I did this already and it did not work, was there anything I am missing? I did all the quests I needed to do too. after I reinstalled, I loged in and still no new quest, or exp, or able to change race

So you uninstalled everything after Heavensward went live earlier?

yes I did, and re installed but still no early access. I am pretty sad right now. talked to ps4 for about a hour today but that did not help too

My friend is having the same issue and he deleted the whole game and spent the whole day re-downloading it and it still will not work for him. Anyone else still having problems as well?

The mogstation won't show anything for Heavensward until the official release date, as they technically can't apply a valid license to your account for something that hasn't been released.

I have a couple of questions for you.

1. You say you digitally purchased it. Was it just Heavensward you purchased? or was it the bundle?
2. When you first downloaded it and ran the game, were you prompted to link heavensward to a service account?
3. If the answer to Q2 is no, and since deleting and reinstalling didn't work, have you tried going through your library to FFXIV, and going through related items to access the xpac directly and see if it needs to be manually installed?

It was just Heavensward and no I was never asked to link it to a service account, I really feel like that is where the problem is. and yes I have gone to the library but it is telling me that it is already installed. the other crazy thing is that the PlayStation store says I have only paid for the Standard edition (and that is correct) but it shows standard and collectors edition on my service list, also when I scroll to add on it only shows collectors edition.

Same issue but I didn't uninstall the game and aren't they supposed to send me a code to register in order to play Heavensward? I received a confirmation email with a purchase number but no code .

If you bought on PSN, as the OP did, no codes are required as you should be prompted to choose a service account to register it to from within the client the first time you try to run the game/log in
