At least you actually got through to someone in the live chat. Earlier I tried to use it for a problem (that I'm still having) and ended up waiting 3 hours in the que for it to tell me when it got to my turn that "there was no one available to help me."Will do.
The guy on live chat seemed like he was having a bad day and was in a hurry to plow through the queue. Which sucked, but I can understand working in customer service and seeing a giant queue of customers. I just think that since Mogstation was messed up and he himself even admitted it was messed up that they would be more cool about it. Like I said I have not used the services or logged into that character and would actually be super cool with them deleting the character that it was applied to since I have not played on her since like Dec when I originally bought the game. In fact after this is cleared up I am probably going to delete her just so this won't have a chance of happening again.
