Forbidden Chakra shares the same gcd slot as mediatation/ Once you reach 5 stacks of chakra the icon changes to Forbidden Chakra

Thanks for the update for those of us stuck at work. Can you verify whether or not Meditations recast is affected by GL or SS? I'm assuming not since it's listed as an ability, but since it shares the Weaponskill recast timer who knows what kind of odd things they will do.
