The only one that sounded, noticably different to me was Kan-E-Senna, though that could just because I haven't heard her speak in months.

I think we hear the new Minfilia VA when it shows the warrior of light and the crystals. Also, Alphi's VA seems to be new too.

As long as Atsuko Tanaka stays, I'm happy. Major Kusanagi too strong.

Meh, personally i hate the english voice acting so i switched to japanese audio around 2.1. That's not to say it's weird for her voice actor to up and leave.
The voice is almost identical, the accent is different though.
She went from proper to mild cockney.
It's the same as always.
Yoshi-P is doing his best and is patching Endwalker. Please wait warmly until it is ready.

Sounds like the same VA that is trying to speak a little differently.

What he said ↑
This seems like a rather contradictory statement. On one hand you say you never heard her speak english, and on the other you say you think she sounds better in Japenese. How can you possibly know the difference if you have never heard her English voice? Anyways it definitely sounded like the same voice to me, just like others have said already, just a more defined accident. Sounds a lot better to me, she actually sounds like shes got a soul now.
My only wish for the voices in this game, is that they actually sound like they are in the area they are in game. Instead of them all sounding like they were recorded in a tiny room. It's not hard to add effects to a voice recording so it sounds like its more outside, or in certain areas...
