ya sorry, if you were farming non stop for this one item, either you were not farming enough, or you did farm enough and could have just got the ironworks gear with the poetics you gained.
I actually have honor so I wouldn't. I literally wouldn't have, causing people grief isn't a pastime of mine and I strongly believe that unless I worked for something I don't deserve it. I don't have this "entitlement" insult everyone is throwing around that I must have because I am frustrated a ZERO CONTRIBUTION (literally 0) can snatch something away from those who worked for it. They had zero contribution whatsoever. Not a point of damage, not a point of healing, not a point of damage tanked, not even a quarter of the time spent waiting there for it to die.I'm curious what would have happened if the situation were reversed here. Would you have not rolled had you gotten an in-progress queue only to find they were fighting the boss and then that item you've been trying forever to get drops? Somehow I don't think you would have passed...
There is no reason why I would ever roll on an item I didn't work for. In real life I busted my ass off for everything I had and that mentality sticks even in this game world where obviously people lack the same moral compass.
Don't assume I would, I would actually never.
You people are all trying too hard to come across as clever when in reality you obviously aren't much clever. I am actually irritated by this, you're all trying so hard to be "elite" and come across as ignorant.

That's right, the community is elitest and ignorant. Not the overly entitled and emotional OP, who went in as the wrong class for the loot he wanted, but doesn't even know if it will work with the class he wants it to, and it wont even be good past level 55, and he could just buy a better top with poetics... but of course it was your gear, you undertook the strenuous task of healing the first two bosses of WoD.

Do you, or do you not feel that you were more entitled to that loot than someone who filled the empty spot on your team, and contributed to the dungeon. Entitled enough to cry, create a rant thread, and threaten quitting the game. (A temper tantrum, if I have ever seen one btw.)

Okay, seeing no mention of what happened after the lot roll I'm going to have to assume. You are complaining that this replacement arrived during the fight and rolled on the loot as normal once the fight was over. Barring the obvious, that they couldn't contribute due to being locked out, did they contribute for the rest of the dungeon? If they did, then your ENTIRE argument is invalid as not only did they not leave after getting their drop, they also helped complete the run giving them every right to any drops they were present for. Including your 'precious body piece'. The only elitist I see here is you.
As a healer (going off your conj level 50 in the side) you understand quite well the fact that many parties nonstop wipe on WoD and us as healers can halt that process. That's right, the community is elitest and ignorant. There is no point in me leveling bard to put my faith in underwhelming healers that cause nonstop wipes. You know this feeling as well as I, I am sure.
I... I main Bard and routinely enjoy good, if messy, runs of Crystal Tower so... no, I don't know what you mean. Not at all. All you've done with this post is illustrate just how far you have that stick. Might want to get that looked at.
This gear won't matter after expansion and level cap increases. I think by the time we hit 55+ we should be considerably higher ilvl gear according to letter from the producer at one point? Maybe accessories pieces are still worth it for a while, who knows.
Haha i120 gear is just going to be junk in a few weeks anyway.
Actually, if you check my loadstone, you will see that I have all battle classes leveled to 50 and every spot that is not filled with poetics gear is demon, aside from maybe one caster piece. I geared these all respectively aside from a few lucky greed rolls. No you are not a special flower who is carrying the alliance with your healing. You are just someone who feels they are more entitled to off class gear and using an excuse to cover being to lazy to level the proper class. The proper class that will be sharing cross class skills with the class you are "working so hard to be ready for." btw.As a healer (going off your conj level 50 in the side) you understand quite well the fact that many parties nonstop wipe on WoD and us as healers can halt that process.
