Why is there not an Au Ra muscle tone slider?

I hope you are right because Au Ras were a huge disappointment for me in benchmark.

I don't remember their exact wording, but am I the only one thinking that 'not all the options are implemented' just refers to the Lightning/Gold Saucer hair cuts and the bats face paint?

(and I hate to be that guy, but it's a thought that had crossed my mind)
