

No offence, but it wasn't smart to report him because he can retaliate now and harrass u further if he discovers he won't get punished badly.Ok so here's the thing about that.
You shouldn't have told him.
Here why: If a GM contacts him or takes any action against his account, he will know that he was reported and that this was the consequence. If that DOESN'T happen though, then he'll know he was reported and there was no consequence to that action.
I'm sure you can see the implication here. If the guy knows he can be a jerk to random people without fear of consequences, he's only going to get worse. If someone needs to be reported, report them. But don't tell them you did that.
As for my personal opinion, I find non-informative macros to be kind of annoying. It drowns out what might be actual relevant party chat. I wouldn't kick you for it, but you'd probably lose my commendation. If it got really disruptive, I'd ask you to stop.
