Who said the 19th and when? Why are we not being kept updated? I still can't see a digital download on the store, and it's expensive I hope we are gonna get some kinda of gesture from square for having to pay most and wait longest for a digital copy, are we even going to get early access?

It best be cheaper I'm sick of paying more than other regions once you look at exchange rates and yet recieving the worst service of all the regions, wether psn is different or not why couldn't we have it earlier like JP and NA, always an after thought and you know the stores gonna go down or there will be "teething problems" or both and we gonna be shafted whole the other regions are playing we will be waiting for it to download/actually work properly!

Lol, yes I expect this to happen as well, along with the download and installation time, might actually get to play on the 20th, that is if PSN lets me buy it of course

do you know the file size on PSN right now? just in case, its 1.7 gigs. thats it. the bulk of the download is going to be during the 24 hour maintenance. that patch is estimated to bring the total file size of 14 to 55+ gigs(it currently sits at 38.22). the PSN portion is going to take no time at all to complete, and you can have your game patched before getting the expansion. total "down" time for EA is actually pretty low.

unless it is done differently, everyone would be getting that 17 gb patch at the same time, as it is more than just the addition of the expansion. you have to remember the changes they are making to skills, the ability to let people that dont own the expansion to see the new jobs, otherwise they wouldnt display at all, and same thing for the new race.

as a side note, they never clarified if the 19th for purchase was from the US 19th or EU 19th what with there being a 7 hour difference.

not sure if its been mentioned yet but I know when they release patches early, people datamine the crap out of the download and then post that crap everywhere. I don't really fault them for waiting for the last min before allowing people to download the expansion. It also allows them to work to the last min making sure the patch is up to date. Its going to suck but it should not be a surprise. I have to laugh at people who take time off in the first week of a games launch (especially an MMO) there WILL be issues. I usually wait untill at least 2 weeks after launch before taking time off to veg and it hasnt failed me yet.

Maybe I'm just one of thoes wierd people who doesnt care if im the first one to do something. Patience is a virtue i guess.
