    Gear treadmill will be there with both vertical and horizontal progression.

    That said, is such a big FC really the best option for you? Smaller FC with a more tightly knit group sounds like it would be better, complemented with linkshells for the social aspect... or the other way around. A small linkshell for your core group of friends, and FC and other linkshells for the social aspect.

    At most we have 30 people on at a time and like I say people quit all the time. And then the guild leader kicks them after 90 days. She has to keep inviting a lot of people to keep the guild going or it would die.
