That pattern sucks because you have no community. A strong community is what keeps people playing for years on end. The only reason why I am still playing since release is I got into crafting, gathering and housing. Or I would have been gone a long time ago. I don't know how much more I can take watching FC mates come and go like a revolving door. By the time you get to know someone they quit!

Lmao how or why would a producer of their own mmo be okay with people unsubbing? That is kind of counter productive.

Because those people resub within a couple of months, and building enough content to keep those type of players subbed for those extra couple of months it going to be way more costly than missing a couple of months of sub fee...

Not always. All my friends (and I know a lot of people heh :/) who left, never came back. My FC has more "MIA" then active players..and these people are def not subbed. Still unacceptable to say imho! You never want people to take a break from a game like that, because there is a good chance they won't ever come back.
