    Well, to be a bit more precise:
    1 MD increases healing done by about 12
    1 mind increases healing done by about 3
    Not entirely sure about determination, but I think 2.5 points of determination equaled to an increase of 1

    These number don't represent damage dealt, however. That follows a different formula.
