So what has the community come up with solutions for this? I've seen most threads that state to kick out most of the tenants that are inactive but I don't think that would solve anything at all.

Instant houses similar to the inm might work. Not really sure if anyone has suggested that. If someone did, what would be the issue for instant housing? I mean the technicalities for it. Just curious.

    - Make more wards! (impossible, servers can't handle that)
    - Make everything instanced! (means redoing whole housing system, which is, frankly, a lot of work for already busy team)
    - Kick out inactives! (sounds good until first vacation, army trip or other real life thing)
    - Make them pay rent (devs already said they aint doing it)
    - Let them sell their houses (defeats gil sink purpose and makes fighting RMT harder)

It was suggested before, and in my opinion it is the best solution.

Just make a map with a nice big inn and let players have instanced rooms inside. Maybe, even, instanced mini-gardens and stables.
Actually, you don't even need to make a map, there are already inns in all cities.

I read somewhere that someone suggestef adding balconies in the inn where we could at least have a small little garden. I mean it could be similar to condos and your friend could pay you a visit.

But the team that worked on housing is already busy as it is...

I hope they don't overwork themselves so much. They are people too.
